Artwork Specials – Returns Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage or quality circumstances, you can return your purchase within 30 days of the date of your receipt for a full refund on the amount paid, excluding the cost of shipping and handling. You also can choose to have your item replaced for free once we have received your original purchase.

In the event you would like to return a recently purchased item, you must email us at admin@artworkspecials.com so that we may supply you with instructions to return your item. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), and you also must include a description of the product together with the invoice, including a clear purchase amount and date of purchase. For the best results, write the RAN on the outside of your return package, as this will make the return process much quicker.

From the time we provide you with the RAN, we must receive your return item within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in brand new condition, and must arrive with the original packaging. Requests to return products may be due to quality issues, damage during transportation, an error such as colour, size, or in the event that the look of the item is different from the one you previously selected.

You will also need to send photos that clearly demonstrate evidence of the problem; however, remember that all products can have an average of 20 to 25% variations according to different products and colours from manufacturers.

Any Items that have been purposefully damaged will not receive a refund.

It is also extremely important for you to be careful when purchasing our products, as we will not give refunds because you have selected the wrong item or simply changed your mind after it arrived.

Artwork Specials – Cancellation Policy

You may be entitled to a full refund if we have received notice of your cancelation within 24 hours of the payment confirmation.

Any orders cancelled after 24 hours but within 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (provided)
